Sometimes you have to accept the things you cannot change, change the things you can, and realize the difference between the two. For me, the thing I cannot change is the use of benzoyl peroxide. Ideally, I would prefer not to use it but it's the only thing that works for my acne. Changing my diet helped a ton but I still have breakouts without bp. Life is full of hard decisions, some will be right and some may be wrong. At the end of the day, you have to stick with what works for you. I've accepted bp into my life, fully embraced it, and I'm okay with that. Thanks for listening.

 

That being said, I like this treatment because it doesn't contain harsh or skin-aggravating ingredients and the super-light lotion texture sets to an invisible matte finish. It's also one of the few treatments that has a 5% bp concentration.
