I use this as a stress reducer/mood changer. My fav is grounding root. It has an earthy aroma of organic essential oils with a core base of vetiver, nutmeg, bergamot and patchouli. The scent is instantly calming and helps to chill me out.

 

When I'm feeling anxious or stressed, I'll roll some on and it immediately rolls away negative vibes and rebalances my mood. I've tried several roll-on oils but I always seem to come back to this one.
