I use this as a body cream. It's mega hydrating and works wonders on my eczema. It spreads easily and applies thick but not greasy. It's reasonably priced and a little goes a long way. It's like wearing a protective shield of nourishment and hydration under all of your clothes. You can be a winner at the game of life with this one.
