I drink this tea to get the benefits of tumeric. It's quick and easy plus I'm not sure I would enjoy the flavorful spice in my daily meals. Tumeric is a strong spice and not everyone's cup of tea (ha!) but when used in tea form, the strong taste is barely noticeable even though I can actually see the tumeric powder settle in my tea mug with it's brillant hues of gold and yellow. I've tried several different tumeric teas but this brand seems to be the highest quality with the highest concentration of tumeric. I drink my tea hot but it can also be made into a cold sweet tea.
